Q: How can I get the latest information and news about NorCal Extreme?
A: The best way to stay informed about team announcements, is via team e-mail lists. Everyone is automatically added to their team's email mailing list plus the all-club "everyone" mailing list where you will receive general announcements for the entire club. If you would like to add or remove an email address from a particular mailing list, you may do so yourself here or by contacting the webmaster.
Q: How can I find out when my team practices or tournaments are?
A: Visit the Official NCE Calendar Page for all practice and tournament schedules.
Q: I have a question about my team's schedule. Who do I contact?
A: The best place to start is with your team's parent representative. Next, try the webmaster.
Q: I have a question about my monthly bill.
A: Billing is explained here (look under "Fees"). If you still have questions, check with the club treasurer or your team's parent representative.
Q: Why can't I look at the team rosters?
A: The NorCal Extreme rosters are password protected. You must be a member (parent, player, or coach) of NorCal Extreme in order to view the team rosters. If you're having problems, remember that Username and Password are Case Sensitive, i.e. capitalization counts! If you cannot remember the login name and password, please contact your team representative or e-mail the webmaster who will send you the necessary information.
Q: How can I find an email address or phone number for someone on our team?
A: All phone numbers and email addresses are listed on the team rosters.
Q: How can I send a message to my team?
A: Using the mailing lists is simple. Just address your message to the appropriate list:

Your message will be sent to all the parents, players, and coaches for that particular team. More information on the mailing lists is available at here.
Q: How can I review old e-mail messages for my team?
A: All messages for each team are archived. You may access the archives here. Click on the team link and then the "archives" link on the next page. You will be prompted for your password. If you don't remember your password, the system will send it to you -- scroll down to the bottom of the page and type your password into the box next to the "Unsubscribe or edit options" button. On the next page, click the "Remind" button. Your password will will be sent via email.
Q: How can I find out who is on my team's mailing list?
A: You may view your team's list by going here. Click on the team link and then the "Visit Subscriber List" link on the next page. If you don't remember your password, follow the directions in the previous answer. Note: The team mailing lists are composed of all the addresses listed in the team rosters. Subscriber lists are only available to the list members.
